We meet for a non-binding consultation with both planners, where we map out your vision, style, destination, and budget.

Planning

We create a customized design concept, curate suppliers, and set up the digital planning tool — which we operate for you.

Coordination

We book, negotiate, and coordinate with all suppliers, with a 24-hour response guarantee throughout the entire process.

Wedding day

Two planners present throughout the stay, with a detailed itinerary and rehearsal the day before, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Good to know about Full Service

How early should we start planning?

We recommend starting 12–18 months before your wedding date, especially if you desire a popular destination or a date in high season. We are also happy to accommodate a shorter timeframe.

Which countries and destinations can you help us with?

We specialise in France and Crete, but organise destination weddings in large parts of Europe and adapt to your wishes, whether you have a clear destination in mind or need help finding the right one.

What if we've already booked some suppliers ourselves?

No problem. We are happy to incorporate what you have already agreed upon into the overall plan and supplement it with the rest. We will tailor the package solution to your needs and discuss the price accordingly.

Is travel and accommodation for the planners included in the price?

The planning fee covers the planning service itself. Travel and accommodation for us as planners are additional and will be agreed upon specifically based on the destination.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We have experience with everything from intimate celebrations to larger gatherings, and we adapt logistics and supplier teams to your number of guests.
