You book and coordinate further yourselves — we are available with sparring sessions, contract reviews, and a 24-hour response guarantee throughout the process.

Final check before departure

Four weeks before, we go through everything one last time. If you wish for one of us to be physically present on the day itself, this is available at an additional cost.

What if we want more help along the way?

Contact us, and we will find a solution together. The scope varies from couple to couple, and we are happy to tailor an upgrade based on exactly what you need going forward. We are passionate about helping you have the wedding of your dreams, and we always find a good way to achieve that.

How long does the planning take?

We recommend 12 months for a calm and secure process, but we also have couples who want a faster turnaround, as quick as 6 months. Regardless of the pace, we will find good solutions together, tailored to your needs.

Can we get help choosing suppliers?

Yes! You will gain access to our network of recommended suppliers, and we will provide guidance on how to choose those who are best suited for you.

What happens if we need extra support?

You can order extra hours or upgrade to Full Service at any time. We are here to adapt to your needs.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The price for Essentials is fixed, and you know exactly what you're getting. Any additional services are always agreed upon in advance.
