Eirik has lived and worked in France for 20 years and has 15 years of experience in the industry. Among other things, he has been responsible for events for the Norwegian Embassy in Paris and has run his own château.
This experience gives us a local way in to France that can be hard to achieve on your own. It is not just about knowing suppliers, but about understanding the culture, the language, the ways of working and the practical differences that affect an event.

Together we combine Norwegian reliability and precision with local knowledge and international experience. What is an event agency, and what does an event planner do?
An event agency plans and delivers events for companies and private clients. An event planner takes responsibility for concept, budget, venue, food and drink, entertainment, transport, accommodation, suppliers and delivery, so that the client can be present with the guests. With us you get one dedicated contact person throughout the process.
What types of corporate events do you plan?
We plan strategy and leadership retreats, kick-offs, team gatherings, client events, company anniversaries, product launches, incentive trips and company trips, retreats, team building, Christmas parties, summer parties and gala dinners. We can take the whole event or just parts of the planning.
Can you plan private events such as milestone birthdays and anniversaries?
Yes. We plan private celebrations such as 40th, 50th and 60th birthdays, wedding anniversaries, family gatherings and other milestones. It might be an intimate dinner, a larger celebration at a unique venue or a whole weekend in Norway or abroad.
Do you plan events both in Norway and abroad?
Yes. We plan events all over Norway, and have our own home bases in France and on Crete. We can also help with other places in Europe. With local knowledge and our own supplier contacts, we can find the right place and follow up the event locally.
What does a corporate event or company trip cost?
The price depends on the number of participants, location, season, programme and how much you want us to take care of. A small leadership meeting has completely different parameters from a client evening with 200 guests or a company trip. Tell us about the occasion, size and budget, and we will give you a concrete price range and a proposal.
How early should we contact you?
For larger events and company trips we recommend getting in touch 6 to 12 months in advance, and preferably earlier for high season and trips abroad. If you have a shorter deadline we can often still find good solutions, so please get in touch.
Can you handle the whole planning, or just parts of it?
Both. Some come with a clear idea and need help making it happen, others want us to develop the concept and experience from scratch. We can take responsibility for the whole event, or assist with selected parts such as venues, suppliers or day-of coordination.
Do you help with accommodation, transport and guest communication?
Yes. We coordinate accommodation, transport between airport, hotel and venue, invitations, registration and information for participants. You do not have to coordinate many different parties on your own.
What do you do differently from other event agencies?
We combine Norwegian reliability and precision with local knowledge and international experience. Eirik has lived and worked in France for 20 years, has 15 years of experience in the industry and has, among other things, been responsible for events for the Norwegian Embassy in Paris and run his own château.
